Welcome to Planning, Design & Construction. Our primary function is to provide the University with design and construction management services relying both on staff and outside consultants. We act as programmers, designers and project managers, and are the liaison between building contractors and University employees. All improvements and renovations to campus buildings are handled through this office.

We maintain an inventroy of blueprints for all the university's buildings and can answer most questions pertaining to construction, square footage or history. We can provide schematic plans at any scale for both partial and full floors. We maintain a current site map of the campus and can provide copies at a variety of scales and sections.
